Three Winners, Inc respects your privacy. When you become a member, we will
collect certain information in order to make your online experience possible
and convenient. This privacy policy describes the information that we collect
and how the information is used. Changes to this policy will be reflected on
this page.
NO SPAM! We do not share or distribute your email in anyway.
Furthermore, we will not send you emails that promote or market any other
product besides your membership. Emails sent to you regarding your membership
are meant to benefit you with helpful information. Such is the case when we
send you email regarding the expiration of your membership or newly added
merchants.
Your Personal Information

In order for you to become a member, we must collect information such as your
name, address, e-mail address, phone number, and credit card information.
Excluding credit card information, we will keep this information while you are
a registered member. If you do not wish to renew your membership and would like
us to delete your personal profile information, send us your request via email.
Please specify "Remove Personal Profile" as the subject of the message and
provide personal information in the body of the message including your Login ID
and Password. Send the message to
CustomerService@ThreeWinners.com. We will remove your personal
information, unless restricted by law, within a 2-month period.

When visiting our site, we will automatically collect information regarding
your preferences. This is done using a cookie. A cookie is small piece of
information that is saved locally on your PC so we can identify you and your
preferences on future visits to our website. One example of using a cookie is
allowing you to bypass future logins by saving your password. Another example
is using a cookie to restore your search/category criteria on future visits. A
cookie does not retrieve personal information from your PC unless you have
previously provided the information to us. Most browsers can be set to refuse
cookies and you can manually delete cookies from your computer's hard drive. In
order for you to bypass the login screen for future visits, you will need to

your home city and state to collect demographic information for merchants
when you use a discount. This will help our merchants determine where their
customers are coming from but does not give any other details about your
personal information. This provides the merchant the same data that some
merchants collect when asking you for your zip code.

We may disclose personal information if it is necessary to protect the property
and personal safety of Three Winners, our members/visitors, or other third
parties.

We may disclose personal information to third parties providing, or assisting
us in providing, services requested by you, or for billing and collection

In the unlikely event that Three Winners is acquired, personal information will
be transferred to acquiring company as an asset of Three Winners.
