A Note about Internet Browsers...
Are you using Internet Explorer? The Internet Explorer
icon looks like this
and
usually resides on your desktop or Start Menu at Start\Programs\Internet
Explorer of a Windows PC. If you're not using
Internet Explorer, you should try using it to determine if your problem is
related to your internet browser. The latest version of any popular internet
browser should work but this test will help determine if you have a browser
related problem. Some of the most common internet browsers include Internet
Explorer, Netscape, Firefox, MSN, and AOL. If you are already using Internet
Explorer, version 5.0 and greater will work. If you are using Netscape, you
must be using 7.0 or greater to eliminate browser related problems.
Clicking Discount Link on Home Page Does
Nothing...
If you click on a discount link on the home page and no
discount window pops up but you hear a bell or ding, either your popup blocker
software is causing the problem or your browser already has the discount window
open. If you have popup blocker software, refer to the POPUP Blocker
section below.
If you do not have a popup blocker or its turned off,
your browser may not be able to open the same window multiple times. Either
close all the other browser windows and try again, or find the open discount
window. This annoyance does not occur in Internet Explorer or Netscape. Because
AOL and Netcaptor browsers have this annoyance, our home page will recognize
AOL and Netcaptor visitors so a new window is opened each time you click on a
discount.
Printer problems...
If the coupon did not print due to printer problems such as a jam
or out of paper, before closing the Discount window right-click in the
Discount window below the coupon and choose Print from
the popup menu. This only applies to Internet Explorer!
For other browsers such as AOL, try using the print function from the
toolbar or menu to reprint the discount. Warning: Merchants are capable of
determining if you make copies or print multiple copies of a
discount. Unauthorized duplication will result in termination of
membership.
To have a
discount re-issued because it did not print; send your request, reason for
failure, what discount needs to be re-issued, and your username to Help@ThreeWinners.com.
Coupon Didn't Print...
If you clicked the Print It button
and the printer selection window did not appear within several seconds so you
could choose a printer, right-click in the Discount window below the coupon and
choose Print from the popup menu. This only
applies to Internet Explorer! For other browsers such as
AOL, try using the print function from the toolbar or menu to reprint the
discount. Warning: Merchants are capable of determining if you make copies or
print multiple copies of a discount. Unauthorized duplication will result
in termination of membership.
To have a
discount re-issued because it did not print; send your request, reason for
failure, what discount needs to be re-issued, and your username to Help@ThreeWinners.com
.
The Password you specified is invalid...
If you just purchased your membership and cannot login due to
an invalid username or password, the error may be caused by a typo in the
secured Password field that does not show the characters that you entered. Try
this helpful procedure to eliminate typos (this procedure was written for
Windows users but the Macintosh procedure will be very similar):
-
Type your password in the Username field
so you can see it and verify it has been typed correctly.
-
Highlight the password you just typed in by
double-clicking it or selecting it with your mouse.
-
Copy the password using the menu Edit/Copy or Ctrl-C.
-
Position cursor in Password field and
paste value by using the menu Edit/Paste or Ctrl-V.
-
Finally, remove the password that you typed in the Username
field. Then, type your username in the Username
field and press the Login button.
POPUP Blockers...
If you
experience any problems on the Three Winners site, we suggest adding
www.threewinners.com as a site to allow popups in your popup
blocker. You may even want to turn off your popup blocker temporarily to see if
its causing your problem. The image below shows the popup blocker settings
for Internet Explorer which can be opened from the menu Tools/Internet
Options/Privacy tab from within Internet Explorer. Notice how our site has been
added to allow popups in the image below. All popup blockers will allow you to
add www.threewinners.com as a site to
allow popups. Three Winners does not display annoying advertising
popups!

JavaScript must be enabled...
Our site
requires the use of client-side JavaScript to be executed to enhance your user
experience. There are many places where we use JavaScript but one place in
particular is when we automatically switch you to secure mode by changing the
URL from http to https. With JavaScript turned off, we are unable to put you in
secure mode which prevents you from using our site. If you are using Internet
Explorer, open the menu Tools/Internet Options/Security tab to enable
JavaScript as shown below. The following image shows the Security tab for
Internet Explorer where you must click the Custom Level...
button and then click Enable under the Active
scripting option. For all other browsers, please consult
your browser help or contact the company that provides you internet service for
assistance.
